Customer-focused commercial leader joins executive team to accelerate growth and oversee customer partnerships

AUSTIN, TEXAS, August 17, 2026 – Safeguard Global, a pioneer in global workforce enablement and employer of record (EOR) solutions, today announced the appointment of Gary Wiese as chief revenue officer (CRO). The appointment reflects the company's ongoing investment in scaling its commercial organization as demand for global workforce solutions continues to grow.

As chief revenue officer, Wiese will lead the worldwide revenue organization at Safeguard Global, overseeing strategy and execution while focusing on accelerating growth, deepening customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence.

Wiese brings more than two decades of commercial leadership experience across workforce technology, HR services, and enterprise solutions. Most recently, he served as chief revenue officer at DISA Global Solutions, where he led the company's commercial strategy and revenue organization. Prior to DISA, he spent nearly a decade in senior leadership roles at First Advantage, helping grow strategic enterprise accounts and build lasting customer relationships. Earlier in his career, Wiese spent 10 years with the Economist Group, developing expertise in business strategy, market insights, and enterprise consulting.
