How much of my time will the CAB require?

The CAB meets quarterly at most. Prior to the meeting, you will be asked to test new product features, which can take one to two hours in total, depending on the product under review.

For how long will I be a CAB member? Is there a term length for CAB members?

There is no term length. You are invited to participate for as long as you can.

How many CAB members are there?

There are 10-15 members in the CAB.

Do I need experience in a particular area to be a CAB member?

You do not need experience in any particular area. You are only required to be a Safeguard Global customer.

What does the Customer Advisory Board do?

Safeguard’s Customer Advisory Board (CAB) members test product features in the BETA stage. Their opinions and feedback help Safeguard refine new product features and enhancements. Ultimately, these expert insights help shape the future of work and global workforce enablement.

The Safeguard Global CAB convenes, at most, on a quarterly basis. CAB members can conduct product testing at their convenience prior to the meeting, and it can take one to two hours per quarter.
