Promotional Terms and Conditions

These Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotional Terms”) govern participation in the Safeguard Global incentive campaigns that Safeguard Global conducts from time-to-time, including, without limitation, gifts and gift card giveaways, and discounts or other offers and incentives based on specified activities, like event participation (each individually, a “Promotion,” and collectively, “Promotions”). By participating, you agree to these Promotional Terms, Safeguard Global’s applicable website Terms of Use, and Privacy Notice.

1. Promotion Overview

Safeguard Global and its affiliates (“Safeguard Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may offer eligible participants the opportunity to receive a promotional gift card valued at USD $100 (the “Gift Card”) after completing a qualifying discovery conversation (“Discovery Call”).

No purchase is required to participate. Participation in a Promotion does not create any obligation to purchase Safeguard Global services, nor does it create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on February 20, 2026 and ends until May 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Safeguard Global reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.

3. Eligibility

Participation is limited to individuals who:

  1. Are at least eighteen (18) years old;
  2. Are acting on behalf of a legitimate business or organization;
  3. Hold a role involved in evaluating, recommending, or purchasing workforce, HR, payroll, or employer-of-record solutions;
  4. Provide accurate business contact information and a verifiable corporate email address; and
  5. Meet Safeguard Global’s qualification criteria for a Discovery Call, as determined solely by Safeguard Global.

Participation is not open to:

  • Existing Safeguard Global customers (unless explicitly stated otherwise);
  • Employees, contractors, or agents of Safeguard Global or its affiliates;
  • Employees of government entities, state-owned enterprises, public international organizations, or any entity where receipt of a gift or incentive may violate applicable laws, policies, or ethics rules.

Safeguard Global retains sole discretion to determine eligibility and qualification.

4. Qualified Discovery Call Requirement

To receive a Gift Card, you must:

  • Schedule and attend a live Discovery Call with a Safeguard Global representative during the Promotion Period; and
  • Participate in the Discovery Call in good faith for business evaluation purposes.

Scheduling a meeting alone does not guarantee eligibility. Safeguard Global may determine that a Discovery Call does not qualify if:

  • The meeting is deemed introductory, non-substantive, or not aligned with the Promotion;
  • Fraudulent, duplicate, or bad-faith participation is suspected.

5. Gift Card Delivery

Eligible participants will receive one (1) Gift Card via email within approximately ten (10) business days following completion of a qualifying Discovery Call and submitting an online form to redeem the Gift Card.

Additional conditions:

  • Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents, other than as specified herein or as otherwise mutually agreed to in writing.
  • Safeguard Global may substitute a Gift Card with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

Gift Cards are provided by third-party issuers and are subject to the issuer’s applicable terms and conditions. Safeguard Global makes no representations or warranties regarding the Gift Card, including availability, merchant acceptance, or usability.

Safeguard Global is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable Gift Cards due to incorrect contact information or other failure to complete the Discovery Call or online form, or any other failure of the Reachdesk platform or other platform it uses to enable the Promotion. Safeguard Global is not responsible for differences in conversion rates or any resulting differences in the value of the Gift Card due to currency differences.


6. Taxes and Compliance

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or employer policy compliance arising from receipt of a Gift Card.

Participants represent that acceptance of the Gift Card and participation in the Promotion does not violate:

  • Employer policies,
  • Anti-bribery or anti-corruption laws, or
  • Applicable local regulations.

7. Marketing Communications

By participating, you agree that Safeguard Global may contact you regarding the Promotion and related products and services. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Safeguard Global’s Privacy Notice. Any materials voluntarily submitted in connection with the Promotion may be used solely for administering the Promotion and related marketing communications, subject to applicable law.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Safeguard Global may deny or revoke eligibility if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a participant:

  • Provided false or misleading information;
  • Attempted to manipulate the Promotion;
  • Participated solely for the incentive without legitimate business interest;
  • Violated these Promotional Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safeguard Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or acquisition or use of any Gift Card.

Nothing in these Promotional Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Modification and Cancellation

At any time, Safeguard Global reserves the right to:

  • Modify these Promotional Terms;
  • Cancel or suspend the Promotion;
  • Disqualify participants where fraud, abuse, or legal risk is suspected.

Safeguard Global further reserves the right to verify participant eligibility, including confirming employment, business affiliation, and role. Failure to provide requested verification may result in disqualification.

11. Force Majeure

Safeguard Global shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, internet or platform failures, governmental actions, or supply shortages.

12. Governing Law; Authority

These Promotional Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Promotional Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of such courts. Promotions are void where prohibited by applicable law. The Promotion is available only to participants located in the U.S., Canada, and U.K., or to participants located in jurisdictions where such promotions are legally permitted. Safeguard Global reserves the right to exclude jurisdictions as necessary to comply with local laws. If any provision of these Promotional Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

If you are participating in a Promotion on behalf of an entity or your organization: (i) references to “you” are to such entity or organization; (ii) you are accepting these Promotional Terms for that entity or organization, and (iii) you are representing to Safeguard Global that you have the authority to bind that entity or organization to these Promotional Terms. You represent that you meet all Eligibility Criteria to participate in a Promotion, that you are permitted to participate in such Promotion in accordance with your organizational policies, and that you have reviewed such terms in detail and have made an independent judgment and business decision regarding your or your organization’s use or purchase of Safeguard Global’s services.

13. Terms Applicable to Participants located in the United Kingdom

Safeguard Global and its affiliates may offer eligible participants located in the United Kingdom the opportunity to receive a promotional gift card with a value of up to GBP £80, subject to the participant completing a qualifying Discovery Call in accordance with this Promotional Terms.
