Wanda brings more than 25 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, and service delivery to her role as Safeguard Global’s chief operating officer.

Wanda ensures operational excellence and seamless service delivery for organizations navigating international workforce expansion. Her expertise in process optimization, global workforce management, and client success drives efficiencies that help businesses scale with confidence. Her strategic leadership ensures that Safeguard Global continues to deliver best-in-class global employment solutions.

Wanda has held executive leadership roles at ADP, Alight Solutions, and NGA Human Resources. She has an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in business management from Western Governors University.

A dog lover and mother to one son, Wanda ranks family time high on her list of favorite activities. To date, she has visited 13 countries, and she particularly enjoys exploring historic locales, religious sites, and museums. She’s a fan of shows and books in a variety of genres including true crime, biographies, and history.
