Safeguard Global Careers FAQs

Most positions are full-time. However, we do occasionally have part-time roles. When searching for professional opportunities on our career page, select the "part-time" option in the filters to identify these positions more quickly. You will find the filters above the list of open roles.

At Safeguard Global, we enable our employees—aka "Guardians"— to Work in Any Way. Offering Guardians the flexibility to perfectly balance life in and outside work will always be a priority for our organization. This flexibility comes in different forms, from choosing whether you want to work from the office or remotely to slightly veering from the traditional working hours.

The important thing to remember is that adaptable work arrangements must still promote teamwork and that the level of flexibility is subject to your local legislation.

If flex-work is crucial to you, be sure to mention it to your recruiter.

If you’re involved with your organization’s global expansion planning, you know there’s a lot to consider. When a lack of speed or local HR expertise are among your organization’s top concerns, an EOR may be the best option for achieving your global growth objectives.
