Employee Testimonials

Joseline Masis
Joseline Masis
VP GEO Operations, Americas

I’ve worked for larger international companies previously, and I never felt at home. Since joining this team, I’ve been lucky to have worked in multiple countries and made friends for life. Safeguard Global have always supported me. When my personal life required me to relocate, I was supported. The same happened when I wanted to try a new role.

I love Safeguard Global’s culture. I can thrive in my personal and professional life without sacrificing either. I’ve worked at other companies, and even though they have values on their websites, employees didn’t believe in them. At Safeguard Global, Guardians really live the values, starting with our leadership team, and inspires me to do the same.

Change Management and Communication Manager

I joined Safeguard Global as a Payroll Specialist five years ago. Since joining the team, I’ve had the opportunity to try different roles and find my true passion. My professional path has evolved in ways I never thought possible. I’m pleased to say that I’ve recently been promoted to Change Management and Communication Manager.

I would not have had this opportunity if it wasn’t for the supportive leadership at Safeguard. It’s a fantastic experience to work with managers who are committed to developing their teams. My managers have always seen the potential in me and pushed me towards new opportunities that would allow me to shine.

Payroll Specialist

I joined Safeguard Global as a contractor for 6 months. However, my manager noticed my commitment and enthusiasm towards the business and offered me a permanent position.

I was happy to accept the offer. I was impressed with the team spirit and wanted to become part of the group of people dedicated to their jobs and each other. Safeguard Global’s culture is unlike any other I have seen before. It’s a culture that supports great work-life balance and flexibility. I’ve completed a degree whilst working full-time here. I feel supported to achieve my goals in and outside of work.

Safeguard Global Careers FAQs

Most positions are full-time. However, we do occasionally have part-time roles. When searching for professional opportunities on our career page, select the "part-time" option in the filters to identify these positions more quickly. You will find the filters above the list of open roles.

At Safeguard Global, we enable our employees—aka "Guardians"— to Work in Any Way. Offering Guardians the flexibility to perfectly balance life in and outside work will always be a priority for our organization. This flexibility comes in different forms, from choosing whether you want to work from the office or remotely to slightly veering from the traditional working hours.

The important thing to remember is that adaptable work arrangements must still promote teamwork and that the level of flexibility is subject to your local legislation.

If flex-work is crucial to you, be sure to mention it to your recruiter.

Safeguard Global is a global company with offices across the world. You can view the complete list of all Safeguard Global offices on the About Us page.

We can employ great talent anywhere in the world—fast and compliantly—even if we don't have an office in your location yet. Our teams collaborate globally, and we make it possible via remote and hybrid work models.

We live by them every day—our values are:

Passion & Talent ─ Hire those with talent and passion, and success will follow.

Disrupt & Empower ─ Have the courage to go places and do things others have not.

Fun ─ Our love for laughter makes us a better company.

Accountability ─ Commit to bold actions with determination and courage to see them through.

Caring ─ Act with honesty, respect and empathy toward our families, our clients and each other.

Integrity ─ Be truthful and purposeful, and choose what’s right over what’s easy.

We receive applications via Workday, our online application system. First, create an account in Workday. After that, follow the simple application procedure. After you submit the application, you will receive a confirmation via email.

Should your resume fit the requirements of the role, we will contact you as soon as possible. Our aim is to get back to all candidates within 10 days of their application.

No, please apply exclusively online via our application system (Workday). This way, we will always be able to receive and process your application and enable you to keep track of its status via Workday.

Yes, you can apply for multiple openings. However, we advise you to do that only for roles you are genuinely interested in and feel most qualified for.

Your English resumé would be sufficient. Optionally, you can upload a cover letter.

As a Global Company, we set up teams across many countries, offering growth opportunities unhindered by location. Therefore, you may see the same role posted in multiple locations. In such cases please apply only for positions listed for your region.

After carefully reviewing every application, our recruiters reach out to candidates who best match the role in terms of experience and skills. We will also inform all applicants who do not fit the role requirements.

Be genuine and help us get to know you better. Read the job description thoroughly and focus on explaining how your prior experience has prepared you for the opportunity you're pursuing now. Add credibility to your statements and strong points by using real examples.

Knowledge of our company, industry and business solutions will give you confidence. However, stay curious and bring along questions about the role and our culture and mission.

Come prepared with a fully charged computer and choose a quiet room before connecting to the meeting. We want to shape the experience as close to an offline interview as possible, so we encourage you to connect your camera.

We are currently using Microsoft Teams to host interviews. Your recruiter will provide the necessary details and a link to the online meeting room. We advise you to join the interview 5-7 minutes early to ensure we won’t experience technical issues.

We would never dismiss candidates based on what they wear. However, we recommend wearing what you would have chosen if you were meeting us in person.

It depends on the role, but we typically keep our interviews up to an hour.

For most positions, it will take around 2-3 interviews. However, other roles might require more meetings to identify our perfect candidate.

Our recruiters will help you understand the timeline for the position you've applied for. You should hear back from them with a status update within a week of your interview.

Safeguard Global Careers FAQs

An EOR is a company that has a network of entities around the world to compliantly employ and pay workers on behalf of clients.

They provide client companies a way to quickly hire workers in new international markets without the cost and risk of establishing an entity in a foreign country.

Although they are similar, the key difference between an EOR and a PEO is the entity requirement and shared legal responsibility for employees.

Traditionally, PEOs are co-employment arrangements, meaning both the PEO and the client company must have a registered entity in the country where the employees are located—and both organizations share legal responsibility for employees.

With an EOR, there is no shared legal responsibility for employees or entity requirement for client companies. An EOR, like Global Employment Outsourcing, is the preferred method for companies looking to onboard international employees quickly and compliantly.

If you’re involved with your organization’s global expansion planning, you know there’s a lot to consider. When a lack of speed or local HR expertise are among your organization’s top concerns, an EOR may be the best option for achieving your global growth objectives.
