Tia Millar

Before joining Safeguard, Tia led a product management team in workplace pensions at Scottish Widows. and spent nearly 10 years at Lloyds Bank, largely focused on international banking, leading customer proposition development. She ran her own company in the creative arts industry for several years as well. Tia has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and events management.

Originally from South Africa, Tia is based just outside Edinburgh, Scotland, with her husband, two boys, and a feral Labrador puppy. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, paddleboarding, hiking, arts and crafts, sea swimming, and choir. And to enjoy a bit of peace, she likes going into the African bush, where she can connect with nature, animals, and the vast skyline. She has traveled widely, having visited more than 30 countries.
