Florence Cazemajou-Flint

With more than 25 years of experience in public and private companies, Florence ably guides Safeguard Global's Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams.

Along with broad M&A experience (due diligence to post-acquisition integration), Florence brings mastery of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to her role as chief financial officer (CFO). She is also skilled at improving and transforming business models in order to drive efficiencies. Safeguard’s Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams benefit from her 25+ years of experience in public and private companies.

Prior to joining Safeguard Global, Florence was CFO at Jurassic Quest and at Funimation prior to that. Her areas of specialty include global finance and international tax, 6 Sigma, ERP implementation, complex modeling, and forecasting, among others. She graduated from a business school in Paris and holds a postgraduate certificate in finance from the SMU Cox School of Business.

In 2017, Florence was nominated for the DFW CFO of the Year award. She enjoys cooking, wine tasting, golfing, swimming, and traveling, with visits to 98 countries stamped in her passport. She has lived in North Africa, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the US, and her favorite destination is Casablanca.
