As of 2026, in the Czech Republic, laws governing hiring restrictions can be found in the Labor Code, No. 262/2006 (as amended), sections 316 and 346a, while employment laws pertaining to nondiscrimination can be found in the Anti-Discrimination Act, No. 198/2009 (as amended), Act on Employment, No. 435/2004 (as amended), and the Labor Code, No. 262/2006 (as amended). (Other laws, legally binding precedents, and collective bargaining agreements may apply.)
