We’re not interested in delivering the latest bells and whistles. Our aim is to provide product enhancements that make a real difference while always supporting compliance. The CAB keeps us headed in the right direction by testing our latest product enhancements and providing valuable feedback.

What does the Customer Advisory Board do?
Safeguard’s Customer Advisory Board (CAB) members test product features in the BETA stage. Their opinions and feedback help Safeguard refine new product features and enhancements. Ultimately, these expert insights help shape the future of work and global workforce enablement.
The Safeguard Global CAB convenes, at most, on a quarterly basis. CAB members can conduct product testing at their convenience prior to the meeting, and it can take one to two hours per quarter.
